It is perfect for rehearsal dinners, showers, bereavements, or corporate lunches. If you are looking to host a small private dinner or meeting, the Sinnott room located off the main dining room offers complete privacy for up to 25 guests. Start with a drink and hors d’oeuvres at the bar and move into the adjoining dining room for dinner and meeting time.

The stunning mezzanine overlooking the lobby of the Doubletree Hotel Utica is the perfect venue for your bridal shower, cocktail reception, rehearsal dinner or other private party. Your guests will never forget the outstanding cuisine prepared by the creative talents in the Iconic kitchen or your personalized styling of this unique space. The mezzanine alone can host an event for up to 100 guests -add on the lobby for larger groups. The beautiful Crystal ballroom, appointed with remarkable chandeliers, is perfect for events with up to 250 guests.

The Saranac Room and Crystal Ballroom are perfect locations for your business meetings or training sessions. Several smaller meeting/break-out rooms are also available. The hotel can accommodate meetings of up to 225 people depending on the seating configuration required. AV equipment is available and catering is provided throughout the day. End your meeting with a cocktail reception in the restaurant bar, or on the mezzanine. The hotel offers 112 recently renovated hotel rooms for your attendees requiring overnight accommodations.
